Ingredients

• White chocolate - 8 oz
• Butter - ½ cup
• Sugar - 1 cup
• Eggs - 3 large
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup
• Salt - ½ teaspoon
• Baking powder - ½ teaspoon

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

   In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and butter together in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.

   In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar and eggs until thick and pale.

   Stir in the melted chocolate mixture and vanilla extract.

   Sift in the flour, salt, and baking powder, and gently fold into the batter until just combined.
