Brown sugar - 2 tablespoons
Fresh ginger - 1 tablespoon, grated
Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
Rice vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, mirin, and brown sugar.
