• unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons

• sugar-free sweetener (e.g., erythritol or stevia) - 3 tablespoons

Instructions

   Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

   In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

   In another bowl, combine the cocoa powder, sweetener, and vanilla extract.

   Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream until well incorporated.

   Gently fold in the cocoa mixture until smooth.

   In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

   Carefully fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture, being careful not to deflate the mixture.
