Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 1 and ½ cups
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup

• Unsalted butter - ½ cup, softened

• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Fresh strawberries, pureed - 1 cup
• Whole milk - ½ cup
• Strawberry slices - For garnish

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a cupcake pan with liners.

   In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

   In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

   Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

   Stir in the vanilla extract and strawberry puree.

   Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, and mix until just combined.

   Fill the cupcake liners two-thirds full with the batter.

   Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

   Allow the cupcakes to cool completely before garnishing with strawberry slices.
