Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 1 cup
• Unsweetened cocoa powder - ½ cup
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Brown sugar - ½ cup
• Unsalted butter - ½ cup (melted)
• Eggs - 2 large
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Salt - ½ teaspoon
• Baking powder - ¼ teaspoon
• Ground cayenne pepper - ¼ teaspoon

• Chopped dark chocolate - ½ cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

   In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon.

   In another bowl, beat the melted butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until smooth.

   Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.

   Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

   Fold in the chopped dark chocolate.

   Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

   Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
