Ingredients

• Heavy cream - 2 cups
• Whole milk - 1 cup
• Granulated sugar - ¾ cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Mini marshmallows - 1 cup
• Graham crackers - 1 cup, crushed
• Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 cup

Instructions

   In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar over medium heat.

   Stir until sugar is dissolved and mixture is hot, but not boiling.

   Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

   Let the mixture cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

   Churn the chilled mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

   During the last few minutes of churning, add mini marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and chocolate chips.

   Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

   Serve the S'mores Ice Cream in bowls or cones and enjoy!
