Ingredients

• dark chocolate chips - 2 cups
• mini marshmallows - 2 cups
• chopped nuts (walnuts or almonds) - 1 cup
• butter - ¼ cup
• vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• powdered sugar - ½ cup

Instructions

   Melt the dark chocolate chips and butter together in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.

   Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and powdered sugar until well combined.

   Fold in the mini marshmallows and chopped nuts until evenly distributed.

   Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper and pour the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

   Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

   Once set, cut into squares and serve.
