Ingredients

• Chocolate cookies - 200 grams
• Unsalted butter - 75 grams, melted
• Cream cheese - 500 grams, softened
• Powdered sugar - 100 grams
• Heavy cream - 250 ml
• Dark chocolate - 200 grams, melted
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

Instructions

   Crush the chocolate cookies into fine crumbs and mix with the melted butter.

   Press the cookie mixture into the base of a springform pan to form the crust.

   In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.

   Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

   In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

   Gently fold the whipped cream into the chocolate cream cheese mixture.

   Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust and smooth the top.
