Ingredients

• ribeye steak - 8 ounces
• onion - 1 medium
• green bell pepper - 1
• Cheez Whiz - 4 ounces
• hoagie rolls - 2
• olive oil - 1 tablespoon
• salt - to taste
• black pepper - to taste

Instructions

   Slice the ribeye steak thinly against the grain.

   Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

   Add sliced onions and green bell pepper to the skillet, sauté until softened.

   Add the sliced steak to the skillet, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned.

   Reduce heat and add Cheez Whiz, stirring until melted and combined with the meat and vegetables.

   Slice the hoagie rolls lengthwise, and fill them generously with the cheesesteak mixture.
