Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 1 ¾ cups

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

   In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.

   In a separate bowl, beat butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.

   Add egg, milk, and vanilla extract to the mixture, beating well.

   Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until combined.

   Shape dough into 1-inch balls and roll in additional granulated sugar.

   Place balls on ungreased baking sheets, about 2 inches apart.

   Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

   Immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
