Vanilla ice cream - 1 quart
Chocolate chips - 1 cup
Sprinkles - ½ cup

Instructions

1.
Allow the vanilla ice cream to soften at room temperature for about 10 minutes.

Separate the Oreo cookies, keeping the cream side intact.
3.
Scoop a generous amount of ice cream onto the cream side of one Oreo.
4.
Top with another Oreo half to create a sandwich; gently press together.
5.
Roll the edges of the sandwich in chocolate chips or sprinkles.
6.
Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 20 minutes before serving.
