Ingredients

• Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
• Unsalted butter, melted - ¼ cup
• Cream cheese, softened - 24 oz
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Orange zest - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

   Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

   In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.

   Add orange zest, orange juice, and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.

   Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

   Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

   Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.

   Let the cheesecake cool at room temperature for 1 hour.

   Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

    Mix sour cream and powdered sugar, then spread over the chilled cheesecake.
