Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups
• Powdered sugar - ¼ cup
• Unsalted butter - ½ cup
• Egg yolk - 1
• Nutella - 1 cup
• Heavy cream - ½ cup
• Salt - ¼ teaspoon
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Chopped hazelnuts - ¼ cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

   In a bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar.

   Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

   Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms.

   Press the dough into a tart pan and bake for 15 minutes.

   Meanwhile, heat Nutella and cream in a saucepan over low heat.

   Stir until smooth, then add salt and vanilla extract.

   Pour Nutella mixture into the baked crust and smooth the top.

   Sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts.

    Refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour before serving.
