Ingredients

• Digestive biscuits - 200g
• Unsalted butter - 100g, melted
• Cream cheese - 500g
• Nutella - 400g
• Icing sugar - 100g
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Heavy cream - 250ml
• Chopped hazelnuts - 50g, optional

Instructions

   Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs.

   Mix the crumbs with melted butter and press into the base of a springform pan.

   Chill the base in the fridge for 15 minutes.

   In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

   Add Nutella, icing sugar, and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.

   In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.

   Fold the whipped cream into the Nutella mixture gently.

   Pour the filling over the chilled biscuit base and smooth the top.

   Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.

    Garnish with chopped hazelnuts before serving, if desired.
