Ingredients

• Unsalted butter - ½ cup
• Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 cup
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• All-purpose flour - ½ cup
• Cocoa powder - ¼ cup
• Salt - ¼ teaspoon
• Eggs - 3 large
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Powdered sugar - for dusting

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper liners.

   In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth.

   In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

   Add the melted chocolate mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.

   Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract until the batter is smooth and glossy.

   Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full.

   Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are firm but the center is still soft.

   Allow to cool for a few minutes, then gently run a knife around the edges to loosen.

   Carefully remove from the tin and serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar.
