• All-purpose flour - 1 cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking pan.

   In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

   Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in granulated sugar.

   Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, then stir in vanilla extract.

   Gradually blend in the dry ingredients until just combined.

   In another bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.

   Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

   Drop dollops of the cream cheese mixture over the batter, then top with the remaining brownie batter.

   Use a knife to swirl the batter and cream cheese mixture together to create a marbled effect.

    Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
