Ingredients

• Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
• Unsalted butter, melted - ⅓ cup
• Cream cheese, softened - 24 oz
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Eggs - 3 large
• Sour cream - ½ cup
• Lemon juice - ¼ cup
• Lemon zest - 1 tablespoon
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Fresh blueberries - 1 ½ cups

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

   Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

   In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

   Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

   Blend in sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract.

   Gently fold in 1 cup of blueberries.

   Pour the mixture over the prepared crust and smooth the top.

   Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.

   Allow to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

    Top with remaining blueberries before serving.
