A tangy and creamy dessert that brings a taste of the Florida Keys to your table. This Key Lime Pie features a buttery graham cracker crust and a luscious lime filling, topped with whipped cream.





Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well mixed.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan to form the crust.

Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and let it cool.

In another bowl, whisk together the key lime juice, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, and lime zest until smooth.

Pour the lime filling into the cooled crust and spread evenly.
7.
Bake the pie for an additional 15 minutes, then remove from oven and allow to cool to room temperature.
8.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours before serving.
9.
Top with whipped cream and garnish with lime slices before serving.
