Ingredients

• Heavy cream - 2 cups
• Whole milk - 1 cup
• Granulated sugar - ¾ cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Honeycomb - 1 cup, crushed

   In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, and granulated sugar.

   Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved.

   Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.

   Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until thoroughly chilled.

   Churn the chilled mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.

   Once the ice cream reaches a soft-serve consistency, fold in the crushed honeycomb.

   Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm before serving.
