Ingredients

• shrimp - 1 pound, peeled and deveined
• olive oil - 2 tablespoons
• lime juice - 2 tablespoons
• garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
• cumin - 1 teaspoon
• paprika - 1 teaspoon
• salt - to taste
• black pepper - to taste
• corn tortillas - 8
• cabbage, shredded - 1 cup
• fresh cilantro, chopped - ¼ cup
• avocado, sliced - 1
• sour cream or yogurt - ½ cup
• hot sauce - to taste

Instructions

   In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

   Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.

   Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

   Skewer the shrimp or place them in a grill basket to prevent them from falling through the grates.

   Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.

   Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.

   Assemble the tacos by placing grilled shrimp on each tortilla, then top with shredded cabbage, cilantro, avocado slices, and a drizzle of sour cream or yogurt.
