Ingredients

• dark chocolate - 200 grams
• heavy cream - 300 ml
• eggs - 3
• sugar - 3 tablespoons
• vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• salt - a pinch

Instructions

   Melt the dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.

   In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then refrigerate.

   In another bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until light and frothy.

   Gently fold the melted chocolate into the egg mixture until well combined.

   Carefully fold in the whipped cream until no white streaks remain.

   Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.

   Serve chilled, optionally garnished with whipped cream or chocolate shavings.
