Ingredients

• chicken thighs - 4 pieces
• unsalted butter - 4 tablespoons
• garlic - 4 cloves, minced
• fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
• salt - to taste
• black pepper - to taste
• olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Instructions

   Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

   Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper on both sides.

   In a large oven-safe skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.

   Add the chicken thighs skin-side down and sear for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

   Flip the chicken thighs and add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet.

   Baste the chicken thighs with the garlic butter for 2-3 minutes.

   Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

   Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
