Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 1 ½ cups

• Dried cranberries - ½ cup
• Chopped walnuts - ½ cup
• Chopped almonds - ½ cup
• Chopped dark chocolate - ½ cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

   In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

   In a separate bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.

   Mix in the vanilla extract and egg until well combined.

   Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.

   Fold in the dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, chopped almonds, and dark chocolate.

   Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them evenly.

   Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

   Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
