Ingredients

• Eggnog - 2 cups
• Whole milk - 1 cup
• Granulated sugar - ½ cup
• Cornstarch - ¼ cup
• Salt - ¼ teaspoon
• Ground nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Whipped cream - for serving
• Ground cinnamon - for garnish

Instructions

   In a medium saucepan, combine eggnog, milk, sugar, cornstarch, salt, and nutmeg.

   Whisk continuously over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil and thickens, about 10 minutes.

   Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

   Pour the pudding into serving dishes and cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface to prevent a skin from forming.

   Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.

   Serve chilled, topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
