Ingredients

• Unsalted butter - 1 cup
• Granulated sugar - 1.5 cups
• Brown sugar - 0.5 cup
• Eggs - 4
• Vanilla extract - 2 teaspoons
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup
• Cocoa powder - 0.75 cup

• Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

   In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in both sugars until smooth.
