Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 1 ¼ cups

• Salt - ¼ teaspoon
• Unsalted butter - ½ cup (1 stick), softened
• Peanut butter - ½ cup
• Granulated sugar - ½ cup
• Brown sugar - ½ cup, packed

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

   In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

   Roll tablespoonfuls of dough into balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

   Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.
