Ingredients

• Pasta - 12 ounces
• Basil Pesto - ½ cup
• Heavy Cream - 1 cup
• Parmesan Cheese - ½ cup, grated
• Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
• Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon
• Salt - to taste
• Black Pepper - to taste
• Cherry Tomatoes - 1 cup, halved
• Fresh Basil Leaves - for garnish

Instructions

   Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.

   In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

   Add heavy cream to the skillet and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.

   Stir in the basil pesto and grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

   Season the sauce with salt and black pepper to taste.

   Add the cooked pasta and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta evenly with the sauce.

   Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes are slightly softened.
