Ingredients

• Cookies and Cream Ice Cream - 4 cups
• Chocolate Sandwich Cookies - 1 ½ cups, crushed
• Whipped Cream - 2 cups
• Chocolate Syrup - ½ cup
• Butter - ½ cup, melted
• Chocolate Cake Mix - 1 box (15.25 oz)
• Eggs - 3
• Water - 1 cup

Instructions

1. 1.

   Prepare the chocolate cake according to package instructions and bake in a round cake pan. Allow to cool completely.

   In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter to create a crust. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

   Once the cake is cooled, place it on top of the cookie crust in the springform pan.

4. 4.

   Spread half of the Cookies and Cream Ice Cream over the chocolate cake layer, smoothing it out evenly.

5. 5.

   Drizzle some chocolate syrup over the ice cream layer, then add another layer of crushed cookies.

   Top with the remaining Cookies and Cream Ice Cream, smoothing the top again.

7. 7.

   Cover and freeze the cake for at least 4 hours or until firm.

   Before serving, spread whipped cream over the top and garnish with additional crushed cookies and a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
