Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 1 ¼ cups
• Cocoa powder - ¼ cup
• Granulated sugar - ½ cup
• Unsalted butter - ½ cup
• Egg yolk - 1
• Cold water - 2 tablespoons
• Dark chocolate - 8 ounces
• Heavy cream - 1 cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

   In a bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.

   Cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

   Stir in egg yolk and cold water until dough forms.

   Press dough into a tart pan evenly and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

   Bake the crust for 15 minutes, then let it cool completely.

   In a saucepan, heat the cream until just boiling.

   Pour hot cream over chopped dark chocolate in a bowl.

   Stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

    Add vanilla extract and salt, mixing well.

    Pour the chocolate filling into the cooled crust.
