Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 2 cups
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Baking powder - 2 teaspoons
• Salt - ½ teaspoon
• Ground cinnamon - 2 teaspoons

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a cupcake tray with liners.

   In a bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

   In another bowl, mix the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.

   Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.

   Fill each cupcake liner halfway with the batter.

   In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and the remaining 1 teaspoon of cinnamon.

   Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter in each liner.

   Top with remaining batter, filling each liner about 3/4 full.

   Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    While the cupcakes cool, prepare the glaze by beating the cream cheese until smooth.

    Add powdered sugar and milk, mixing until a thick glaze forms.

    Once the cupcakes are cool, drizzle the glaze over the top and serve.
