Ingredients

• chocolate tart crust - 1
• dark chocolate - 200g
• heavy cream - 1 cup
• sugar - 2 tablespoons
• vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• fresh strawberries - 300g
• powdered sugar - for dusting

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

   Prepare the chocolate tart crust according to package instructions and bake until golden.

   In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it just begins to simmer.

   Remove from heat and add the dark chocolate, stirring until smooth.

   Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract until well combined.

   Pour the chocolate mixture into the baked tart crust and smooth the top.

   Refrigerate the tart for at least 2 hours or until set.

   Once set, slice fresh strawberries and arrange them on top of the tart.

   Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
