Ingredients

• chocolate pudding mix - 1 package (3.9 oz)
• milk - 2 cups
• whipped topping - 1 cup
• pre-made graham cracker crust - 1 (9-inch)
• chocolate shavings or cocoa powder - for garnish (optional)

Instructions

   In a medium saucepan, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and milk over medium heat until it begins to thicken.

   Once thickened, remove from heat and let it cool for about 5 minutes.

   Fold in the whipped topping until well combined.

   Pour the chocolate pudding mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust.

   Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.

   Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings or a dusting of cocoa powder if desired.
