Ingredients

• dark chocolate - 2 cups
• sweetened condensed milk - ½ cup
• peppermint extract - 1 teaspoon
• powdered sugar - 1 cup
• cocoa powder - ¼ cup
• butter - 2 tablespoons
• salt - a pinch

Instructions

   Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a double boiler over low heat.

   Once melted, remove from heat and stir in the sweetened condensed milk and peppermint extract until smooth.

   In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, and salt together.

   Gradually add the dry mixture to the chocolate mixture, stirring until well combined.

   Line a baking dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly into the dish.

   Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.

   Once set, cut into small squares or desired shapes.
