Ingredients

• All-purpose flour - 2 cups
• Granulated sugar - ½ cup
• Baking powder - 1 tbsp
• Salt - ¼ tsp
• Whole milk - ¾ cup
• Unsalted butter, melted - ¼ cup
• Large eggs - 2
• Vanilla extract - 1 tsp
• Semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 cup
• Heavy cream - ½ cup
• Sprinkles - ¼ cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

   In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

   In another bowl, mix milk, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until combined.

   Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

   Pour the batter into a greased donut pan, filling each cavity about 3/4 full.

   Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

   Allow donuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

   In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until simmering.

   Remove from heat and add chocolate chips, stirring until smooth.

    Dip the top of each donut into the chocolate glaze and place back on the wire rack.

    Decorate with sprinkles before the glaze sets.

    Let the glaze set for at least 15 minutes before serving.
