Ingredients

• coconut milk - 2 cups
• dark chocolate chips - 1 cup

• cornstarch - ¼ cup
• vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon

• unsweetened shredded coconut - ½ cup

Instructions

   In a medium saucepan, whisk together coconut milk, sugar, cornstarch, and salt until smooth.

   Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly until it begins to thicken and bubble.
