Ingredients

• Chocolate chip cookie dough - 16 oz
• Cream cheese - 24 oz
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Eggs - 3 large
• Sour cream - 1 cup
• All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
• Mini chocolate chips - 1 cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.

   Press half of the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pan.

   In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

   Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.

   Blend in sour cream and flour until combined.

   Fold in mini chocolate chips.

   Pour cheesecake mixture over the cookie dough in the pan.

   Crumble remaining cookie dough over the top of the cheesecake batter.

   Bake for 50-55 minutes or until the center is set.

    Let cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
