Ingredients

• Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
• Butter, melted - ¼ cup
• Cream cheese, softened - 24 oz (3 packages)
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Eggs - 3 large
• Sour cream - 1 cup
• All-purpose flour - 2 tablespoons
• Semisweet chocolate chips - 1 cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

   In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

   In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

   Mix in vanilla extract and eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

   Stir in sour cream and flour until blended.

   Fold in chocolate chips.

   Pour mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

   Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set and the edges lightly browned.

   Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly open for about an hour.

    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
