Ingredients

• boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4
• all-purpose flour - 1 cup
• eggs - 2
• bread crumbs - 1 cup
• Parmesan cheese - ½ cup
• mozzarella cheese - 1 cup
• marinara sauce - 1 cup
• olive oil - ¼ cup
• salt - to taste
• black pepper - to taste
• sandwich buns - 4
• fresh basil leaves - optional

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

   Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

   Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese in a third.

   Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the bread crumb mixture.

   In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Fry the breaded chicken until golden brown on both sides, about 4-5 minutes per side.
