Ingredients

• Unsalted Butter - 1 cup
• Granulated Sugar - 2 cups
• Brown Sugar - ½ cup
• Cocoa Powder - 1 cup
• All-Purpose Flour - 1 cup
• Salt - ½ teaspoon
• Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
• Eggs - 4 large
• Vanilla Extract - 2 teaspoons
• Chocolate Chips - 1 cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

   Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat, then remove from heat and stir in both sugars.

   Add cocoa powder and mix until smooth.

   In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and baking powder.

   Add eggs one at a time to the butter mixture, stirring well after each addition.

   Stir in vanilla extract.

   Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.

   Fold in chocolate chips to the batter.
