Ingredients

• Popped popcorn - 10 cups
• Unsalted butter - ½ cup
• Brown sugar - 1 cup
• Light corn syrup - ¼ cup
• Salt - ½ teaspoon
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Baking soda - ¼ teaspoon

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 120°C (250°F).

   Place the popped popcorn in a large bowl.

   In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

   Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt.

   Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly.

   Let it boil without stirring for 5 minutes.

   Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and baking soda.

   Pour the caramel over the popcorn and mix well to coat.

   Spread the coated popcorn on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
