Ingredients

• Unsalted butter - 1 cup
• Brown sugar - 1 cup
• Granulated sugar - ½ cup

Instructions

   Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until it turns a golden brown and releases a nutty aroma. Let it cool slightly.

   In a large bowl, beat together the brown butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.

   Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

   In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

   Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
