Ingredients

• Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
• Unsalted butter, melted - ¼ cup
• Cream cheese, softened - 16 oz
• Granulated sugar - ¾ cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Eggs - 2
• Blackberries - 1 cup
• Lemon zest - 1 teaspoon
• All-purpose flour - 1 tablespoon

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

   Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

   Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the prepared pan.

   Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.

   In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

   Add the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

   Gently fold in the flour and lemon zest.

   Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled crust.

   Scatter the blackberries over the top.

    Bake for 35 minutes or until the center is set.

    Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
