Ingredients

• Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
• Unsalted butter, melted - ¼ cup
• Cream cheese, softened - 24 oz
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Large eggs - 3
• Sour cream - 1 cup
• Mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) - 2 cups
• Berry jam or preserve - ¼ cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

   In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.

   In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.

   Add vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

   Fold in sour cream until just combined.

   Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

   Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.

   Allow the cheesecake to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.

   Before serving, spread berry jam over the top of the cheesecake.

    Arrange fresh berries on top of the jam layer.

    Slice and serve chilled.
