Ingredients

• beef sirloin - 1 pound, thinly sliced
• bell peppers - 2, sliced (1 red, 1 green)
• onion - 1, sliced
• garlic - 3 cloves, minced
• soy sauce - ¼ cup
• oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
• cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
• vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
• green onions - 2, chopped for garnish

Instructions

   In a bowl, combine sliced beef with soy sauce and cornstarch. Marinate for 10 minutes.

   Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

   Add marinated beef to the skillet and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

   In the same skillet, add onion, garlic, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.

   Return the beef to the skillet and add oyster sauce. Stir well to combine and heat through.

   Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
