Ingredients

• Pie crust - 1 (9-inch)
• Apples - 6 cups, peeled and sliced
• Granulated sugar - ¾ cup
• Brown sugar - ½ cup
• All-purpose flour - 1 cup

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

   Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and set aside.

   In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, granulated sugar, 1/4 cup flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and lemon juice.

   Pour the apple mixture into the prepared pie crust.

   In another bowl, mix 3/4 cup flour and brown sugar.

   Cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

   Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the apple filling.

   Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until the apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
