Ingredients

• Graham cracker crumbs - 1 ½ cups
• Unsalted butter, melted - ⅓ cup
• Cream cheese, softened - 24 oz
• Granulated sugar - 1 cup
• Eggs - 4 large
• Amaretto liqueur - ¼ cup
• Sour cream - 1 cup
• Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
• Almond extract - ½ teaspoon

Instructions

   Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

   In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

   In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and beat until fluffy.

   Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

   Mix in amaretto, sour cream, vanilla extract, and almond extract until well combined.

   Pour the mixture over the crust in the springform pan.

   Bake for 50–60 minutes until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.

   Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for about 1 hour to cool gradually.

   Remove from the oven, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
